Our guarantee

We hope that you and your girl love your purchase from Surprise Powerz. If for any reason you don’t, we'll try to find a way to make it right with an exchange, merchandise credit, or refund within 90 days of purchase. Be assured we'll do our very best to take care of you, but from time to time, we will not accommodate a return. Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable. Please note product must be returned in its original packaging.

To Make A Return For a Refund According To The Above

Send an email to support@surprisepowerz.com and let us know you would like to return the item for a refund. Be sure to state your order number in the email.

We will respond with the address to ship the doll back to, and upon receiving a tracking number and seeing the item has delivered back to the address we requested we will then issue a full refund. 

(As mentioned above, Surprise Powerz does not pay for return shipping.)

Shipping & Delivery

We offer Standard shipping (3-5 days), Economy shipping (5-8 days). 

Please note we are only shipping within the U.S. at this time. We do not currently offer International shipping.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within ~3-8 business days. Please be patient with the operation as we are just starting up. We appreciate your patience.

Upon completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address that you entered upon checkout. You will automatically get shipping and delivery updates either via email or text once your order has shipped.

If you would like to change the way you receive shipping and delivery updates, please go back into your order confirmation email and select "get shipping updates by text" under the section order updates. 

You also have the option to choose to track your order with "Shop" by clicking on the "Track order with Shop" button. This option will be in your order confirmation email. 

Please be patient with our small business operation as we prepare your order during launch time. It may take a couple of days to handle your order before it is shipped. We appreciate your patience.
